Join us in celebrating faith, building community, and growing together in Christ
Parish life at St Anthony's extends far beyond Sunday Mass. Throughout the liturgical year, we gather for special celebrations, service projects, faith formation opportunities, and social events that strengthen our bonds as a community and deepen our relationship with Christ. Everyone is welcome—come and discover the joy of belonging to a vibrant Catholic family.
The liturgical year unfolds the entire mystery of Christ, from His Incarnation and birth to His Ascension, Pentecost, and the expectation of His return. Each season offers unique opportunities for prayer, reflection, and celebration.
November - January
We prepare our hearts for Christ's coming with Advent wreath blessings, reconciliation services, and special concerts. Christmas celebrations include Midnight Mass, Nativity scenes, carol singing, and festive gatherings that proclaim the joy of the Incarnation.
February - April/May
Our holiest season begins with Ash Wednesday and includes Stations of the Cross, fasting practices, almsgiving projects, and reconciliation. The Sacred Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Vigil) culminates in the glorious celebration of Christ's Resurrection.
Throughout the Year
The longest season focuses on Christian living and discipleship. We celebrate feasts of saints, host parish picnics, conduct service projects, offer Bible studies, and engage in regular rhythms of prayer, Mass, and community building that sustain faithful living.
Year-Round
We honor Mary during May devotions and October's Rosary month. Feast days like Corpus Christi, All Saints, Christ the King, and our patron St Anthony (June 13) are celebrated with special Masses, processions, and parish gatherings.
Join us after 9:00 AM Mass for fellowship, refreshments, and conversation. These monthly gatherings are wonderful opportunities to meet other parishioners, welcome newcomers, and build friendships rooted in faith. Bring your family and stay for coffee and treats in the parish hall.
Teens in Years 9-13 are invited to our vibrant youth ministry gatherings. We explore faith through games, discussions, music, prayer, and service projects. Young people discover that following Christ is exciting and relevant to their lives. Parents are always welcome to participate or volunteer.
Grow deeper in understanding Scripture, Church teaching, and Catholic spirituality. Our adult education series features presentations by guest speakers, video discussions, and small group sharing. Topics range from biblical studies to moral theology, saints, prayer methods, and current Church issues.
These ongoing programs provide consistent opportunities for prayer, learning, service, and fellowship throughout the year.
